Squid Soup

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the squid and cook until it becomes opaque, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the carrot and potato and cook for another 5 minutes.
