Spinach Dosa
A healthy and delicious Indian crepe made with spinach and fermented rice and lentil batter.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Oil - As required for cooking dosa
- Salt - To taste
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, finely chopped
- Green chillies - 2, finely chopped
- Spinach - 2 cups, finely chopped
- Dosa batter - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Mix the finely chopped spinach, green chillies, and ginger into the dosa batter.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter in the center. Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few seconds.
- Fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
