Spinach Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Mix the finely chopped spinach, green chillies, and ginger into the dosa batter.
  2. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter in the center. Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  4. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  5. Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few seconds.
  6. Fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
