  1. In a small bowl, mix together the diced tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce.
  2. Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a clean surface.
  3. Spread half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Place half of the tuna mixture, avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, green onions, and sesame seeds in a line across the center of the rice.
  5. Roll the nori tightly, using a sushi mat or your hands to help shape the burrito.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make a second sushi burrito.
  7. Slice each sushi burrito in half and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
