Spicy Tuna Roll

- Nori sheets - 4

Let's Get Started
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small space at the top for sealing the roll.
- Spread a line of spicy mayo down the center of the rice.
