Spicy Tuna Roll

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small space at the top for sealing the roll.
  4. Spread a line of spicy mayo down the center of the rice.
  5. Add the chopped tuna on top of the spicy mayo.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying some water to the top edge of the nori to seal the roll.
  7. Sprinkle the roll with sesame seeds.
  8. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  9. Serve the spicy tuna roll with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
