Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry
This spicy shrimp stir fry is a delicious and quick meal packed with flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cooked rice - 2 cups (for serving)
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
