Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced

- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Add the sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Set aside.
