- Salsa - To taste
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Whole wheat wraps - 4
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - 2, chopped
- Tempeh - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, crumble the tempeh and mix with the chopped chipotle peppers.
