Spicy Cajun Burger

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese and let it melt.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and a drizzle of spicy sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately.
