  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and pour in the tomato sauce and red wine. Stir in the dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
