  2. Add the lime juice, sugar, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker.
  5. If using a shallow dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. If using an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
