This refreshing mango sorbet is made with fresh mangoes and a hint of lime.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ripe mangoes - 4 cups, peeled and diced

- Place the diced mangoes in a blender or food processor.
- Add the lime juice, sugar, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker.
- If using a shallow dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
