Ingredients - Serves 8

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Place one sheet of puff pastry in the bottom of the pie dish, trimming any excess.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spread half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the puff pastry in the pie dish.
  6. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press the edges to seal.
  7. Spread the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of the pie.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
