Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until they break down and form a sauce.
  3. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until the alcohol evaporates.
  4. Add the fish stock and saffron threads. Bring the soup to a boil.
  5. Add the mixed seafood to the pot. Cover and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the soup hot, garnished with parsley.
