  1. Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sole fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Remove the fillets from the skillet and keep warm.
  5. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and cook until it turns brown.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  7. Serve the sole fillets with the brown butter sauce and lemon wedges.
