Soggy Rice Pudding

- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

- Whole milk - 4 cups
- Arborio rice - 1 cup
