  1. Soak the snow fungus in water until it expands. Trim off the yellow part and tear into small pieces.
  2. In a pot, add water, snow fungus, pears, and rock sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Add the red dates and goji berries in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve hot or chilled.
