Longan Red Date Tea

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the dried longan and red dates under cold water.
  2. In a large pot, add the water, dried longan, and red dates. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add the rock sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add the goji berries and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Strain the tea into cups and serve warm.
