Smoked Beef Rib

- Wood chips for smoking - As needed
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Beef ribs - 2 racks
Let's Get Started
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, if necessary.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to cover all sides.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F and add the wood chips.
