Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped pork face and ears, and cook until slightly crispy.
  4. Pour in the calamansi juice and soy sauce, and mix well.
  5. Add the minced red chili peppers, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer the sisig to a serving plate.
  8. Drizzle with mayonnaise and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot as an appetizer or as a main dish with steamed rice.
