Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes, then peel and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  5. Add the carrots, potato, and green peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in the evaporated milk and grated cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Add the boiled quail eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
