Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  5. In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
  6. To serve, divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with the meat and vegetable mixture, and place a fried egg on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
