Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and cut it into four strips.
  2. Mix the feta cheese, parsley, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip.
  4. Roll the strip up tightly, starting at the end with the cheese.
  5. Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and cheese mixture.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the borek until golden brown on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
