  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in the bread crumbs and beaten egg until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. While the crab cakes are cooking, make the aioli. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve the crab cakes hot with the aioli on the side.
