Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced sausage, Cajun seasoning, dried thyme, and bay leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
