  1. Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add chicken broth and lime juice to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and cover with the broth mixture.
  8. Cover the skillet and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  9. Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred using two forks.
  10. Heat tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  11. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and your favorite toppings.
