- Rose water - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 4 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Soak the fennel seeds in a cup of water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Strain the fennel seeds and keep the water.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the fennel water to the sugar syrup and let it cool.
- Once cooled, add the lemon juice and rose water.
- Stir well and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- Serve chilled.
