Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - For deep frying
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Milk powder - 1 cup

- In a bowl, mix together the milk powder, flour, and baking soda.
- Add the melted butter to the dry mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the milk and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll into smooth balls.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep fry the balls until golden brown.
- In another pan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil.
- Add the cardamom powder and rose water to the sugar syrup.
- Add the fried balls to the syrup and let them soak for at least 2 hours before serving.
