Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the hyacinth flowers thoroughly under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the hyacinth flowers to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  5. Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and rose water.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
