Ingredients - Serves 4
- Rose water - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 4 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Hyacinth flowers - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the hyacinth flowers thoroughly under cold water.
- In a pot, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the hyacinth flowers to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
- Stir in the lemon juice and rose water.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
