Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and rose water.
  4. Add the cooled syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
  5. Chill the sharbat in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  6. Serve the sharbat over ice.
