Let's Get Started

  1. Mix the pork, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in the chicken broth and refrigerate until it sets into a jelly.
  3. Mix the jelly into the pork mixture.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  5. Fold the dumpling wrapper over the filling and pleat the edges to seal it.
  6. Steam the dumplings in a bamboo steamer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the dumplings hot with chopped green onions and vinegar for dipping.
