Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds.
  2. Place the cooked shrimp in a separate bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  3. Take a lettuce leaf and place a few cucumber slices on it.
  4. Add 3 shrimp on top of the cucumber slices.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  7. Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling.
