Sesame Ginger Chicken Parmesan

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  6. In the same skillet, add the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the soy sauce and honey and simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
  9. Top the chicken with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.
