Sesame Ginger Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
