Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  7. Slice the sub rolls open and fill with the meatballs and sauce.
  8. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place the subs on a baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
