  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  4. Remove the tuna from the marinade, reserving the marinade, and sear the tuna in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, add the reserved marinade and cook over medium heat until it reduces to a glaze.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the seared tuna steaks and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
