Seared Scallops with White Beans
This is a simple yet elegant dish featuring seared scallops served over creamy white beans.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- White beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Scallops - 12 large
Let's Get Started
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
