Seared Foie Gras with Apple Compote

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Apples - 2, peeled and diced

- Foie gras - 2 slices
Let's Get Started
- Season the foie gras slices with salt and pepper.
