Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and fish fillets to the pot. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the seafood from the pot and set aside.
  5. In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Top with the cooked seafood, green onions, bean sprouts, soft-boiled eggs, and shredded nori.
  7. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and seafood.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
