Seafood Ramen
This delicious seafood ramen is packed with flavors of the ocean and served in a rich and savory broth.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Nori sheets - 2, shredded
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fish fillets - 2, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Mussels - 8, cleaned
- Scallops - 8 medium
- Shrimp - 8 large, peeled and deveined
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
Let's Get Started
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and fish fillets to the pot. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the seafood from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Top with the cooked seafood, green onions, bean sprouts, soft-boiled eggs, and shredded nori.
- Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and seafood.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
