Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and shiitake mushrooms. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. Top each bowl with green onions, a soft-boiled egg, cooked shrimp, cooked clams, and a nori sheet.
