Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly slices and cook until browned and crispy. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the soy sauce and miso paste to the pot and stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  7. Top each bowl with the cooked pork belly slices, chopped green onions, soft-boiled eggs, bean sprouts, corn kernels, and shredded nori sheets.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
