Seafood Linguine
A delicious and hearty pasta dish filled with a variety of seafood and a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Clams - 1 pound, in shell
- Canned diced tomatoes - 1 can
- White wine - 1 cup
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
- Add the white wine and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the clams to the skillet. Cover and cook until the clams have opened, about 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve the seafood linguine garnished with chopped parsley.
