Scallops with Asparagus

Ingredients - Serves 4

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the asparagus and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
