Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the bread dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until they become translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  5. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part and place it in a greased baking dish.
  6. Spread the tomato and onion mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Roll out the second part of the dough and place it on top of the filling. Seal the edges of the dough together.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
