Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
Crispy, delicious, and healthy, these air fryer zucchini chips are a perfect snack or side dish!
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Zucchini - 2 medium
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil.
