Sausage and Potato Skillet
This hearty and delicious sausage and potato skillet is a perfect one-pan meal for any time of the day.

- Fresh parsley - For garnish
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Bell pepper - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Potatoes - 4 medium, diced
- Sausages - 4, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
