Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes
These Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and loaded with flavor. They make a great side dish for any meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Russet potatoes - 4 medium
Let's Get Started
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut slits in the potatoes, leaving the bottom intact.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure to get in between the slits.
- Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
