Sam Wo Rice Noodles

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the carrot and bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the drained noodles and sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
