Salt and Vinegar Crisps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and half of the sea salt. Add the potato slices and let them soak for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel. Toss them with the olive oil and spread them out on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Be sure to flip the chips halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining sea salt. Let them cool slightly before serving.
