Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 3 popcorn kernels to the pot and cover. Once the kernels pop, remove the pot from heat and remove the popped kernels.
  3. Add the remaining popcorn kernels to the pot and cover. Let sit off heat for 30 seconds.
  4. Return the pot to medium heat. Once the kernels start popping, shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping and prevent burning.
  5. When the popping slows to about 2 seconds between pops, remove the pot from heat and let sit covered for 1 minute to let any final kernels pop.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the vinegar over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  7. Slowly drizzle the hot vinegar over the popcorn, shaking the pot to evenly distribute.
  8. Sprinkle the popcorn with sea salt, shaking again to distribute. Serve immediately.
