Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
  5. Spread a generous amount of salsa verde on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each bun, then top with the cheeseburger patty.
  7. Spread more salsa verde on the top half of each bun, then place on top of the burger to complete the sandwich.
