Ingredients - Serves 6
- Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Jalapeno pepper - 1, seeded and finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Ripe tomatoes - 4 medium, diced
