Salmon Tacos
These delicious salmon tacos are made with grilled salmon, fresh vegetables, and a tangy lime crema.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Taco seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Salmon fillets - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and rub to coat.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
